Prior to becoming an attorney, Bill worked in the insurance industry as an adjuster, supervisor, and claims manager for a major property and casualty insurance company. While in the insurance industry, Bill obtained the prestigious professional insurance designation of Charter Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM). Bill was also the past president-elect of the Tampa Bay Claims Managers Council and the Educational Coordinator for the Suncoast Chapter for the Society of CPCU.
Bill has been practicing law for over 18 years, representing exclusively injured persons. Bill is currently a member of the Florida Bar, Florida Justice Association, American Justice Association, American Bar Association, and the National Society of Charter Property Casualty Underwriters.
